Alaris Royalty Corp. Declares Increased Monthly Dividend (12% Increase)

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2011) - Alaris Royalty Corp. ("Alaris" or the "Corporation") (TSX:AD) announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation has declared a dividend of $0.095 per share on the Corporation's outstanding common shares. The new monthly dividend of $0.095 per share ($1.14 annualized) represents a $0.01 per share increase over the previous dividend of $0.085 per share ($1.02 annualized). The 12% increase was announced by Alaris on October 11, 2011 and is the third consecutive dividend increase by the Corporation since April 2010. The dividend is payable on November 15, 2011 to holders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2011.

This dividend is designated by the Corporation to be an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
