Bank Index (Index Ticker: BKX^SM, ETF Ticker: KBE^SM)

• Increase in shares of Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) pursuant to the completion of the acquisition of Sterling Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBIB)

Regional Banking Index (Index Ticker: KRX^SM, ETF Ticker: KRE^SM; KRS^SM; KRU^SM)

• Deletion of Sterling Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SBIB)
• Addition of First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC)
• Increase in shares of United Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: UBSI) due to the completion of the acquisition of Centra Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFHZ)
