COLUMBIA, Md.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) (NYSE: OFC) announced today that it completed its public offering of 4,600,000 newly issued common shares, which reflects the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 600,000 shares to cover over-allotments. The offering generated net proceeds, before offering expenses, of approximately $145.7 million.
