(NYSE: GBL) announced today that it has priced an offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior unsecured notes due June 2021. The notes are being issued pursuant to GAMCOa™s existing shelf registration statement on file with the SEC. GAMCO intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as the sole underwriter for this offering. The offering is expected to close on May 31, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
