Cemtrex Sales Increase 221% in Second Quarter -- FARMINGDALE, N.Y., June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., June 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cemtrex Inc. (OTC: CTEI) today announced its second quarter consolidated results of operations for the three months ended March 30, 2011.  

Second Quarter Highlights:

Net sales for three months ended March 31, 2011 increased by $2,238,993 or 221%, to $3,254,170 from $1,015,177 for the three months ended March 31, 2010.

The Company had net profit of $240,885 for the three-month period ended March 31, 2011 as compared to a net loss of ($153,855) for the three-month period ended March 31, 2010.
