QRS CAPITAL CORP. ENGAGES INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM

TORONTO, Feb. 4 /CNW/ - QRS Capital Corp. (TSXV: QRS) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Apex Capital Inc. of Toronto to provide Investor Relations services for the Company.

Apex Capital Inc. provides Investor Relations and Corporate Communications services to small and medium cap companies, primarily in the resource sector. The President of Apex Capital Inc. is Brett Allan. Mr. Allan has several years of Investor Relations and Corporate Communication experience. In addition, Mr. Allan was previously with Western Potash Corp.

Effective February 4, 2011, Apex Capital Inc. will provide services for the Company at the base rate of $8,000 per month, for a minimum 6 month period. A consideration of 150,000 QRS options will also be granted to Mr. Allan. These incentive stock options are exercisable at $0.40, with an expiry date of February 4th, 2016. The primary focus of the planned Investor Relations campaign is to introduce QRS to a wider audience within the North American investment community, including: investment advisors, sell side analysts and institutional investors.
