








TD Ameritrade Announces Reserve Yield Plus Fund Settlement

OMAHA, Neb.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AMTD) announced today that TD Ameritrade, Inc. has agreed to make a payment of $0.012 per share to eligible clients who invested in the Reserve Yield Plus Fund through the firm.
The distribution of approximately $10 million to clients will be completed within 30 days. The distribution will have no impact to earnings and resolves a previously disclosed Securities and Exchange Commissions investigation. No fine was imposed.
