

HOMBURG CANADA REIT TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 17, 2011
MONTREAL, Feb. 3 /CNW Telbec/ - Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: HCR.UN) (the "REIT") announced today that on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. ET, it will issue its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2010.
A conference call for financial analysts and unitholders will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 11:00 AM ET. The call will be hosted by Jim Beckerleg, President and Chief Executive Officer and Gordon Lawlor, Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Mr. Beckerleg and Mr. Lawlor will provide commentary on the fourth quarter and year-end results. Ashley Phillips, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Guy Charron, Executive Vice-President and Head, Quebec Operations, will also be in attendance to answer questions from financial analysts.
