DENVER--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CoreSite Realty Corporation (NYSE:COR) today announced the tax treatment of its 2010 distributions on its common shares (CUSIP: 21870Q105).

Under the tax rules applicable to real estate investment trusts (REITs), such as CoreSite Realty Corporation, a portion of the January 14, 2011 distribution applies to tax year 2010. The remaining portion of the distribution will be applied to 2011 for federal income tax purposes.
