WINTER PARK, Fla.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Guard Dog Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRDO) announces CEO conference call Friday January 28th at 2:30pm Eastern Time. James Watson CEO and President will lead the call to provide shareholders with an update on the company.

Guard Dog recently announced plans to host a CEO conference call after the January release of the company financials. Recent demands for technical upgrades and new business opportunities have caused temporary delays that will prevent the January timeframe. The company is very optimistic that the financials will still be completed prior to the original announced timeframe that targeted the end of first quarter 2011.

We completely understand the importance of completing our financials, however, we had to make a decision to focus our immediate resources on new business before updating the results of our old business. We have recently received a request for licensing our software for other providers, interest for merging with multiple companies and still have multiple marketing partners pending. We felt that it was important to still have a January CEO conference call and assure you that although our primary focus is generating new business, completing the financials is still a top priority for us,a continued Watson.
The conference call will focus on topics that have been outlined in recent press releases. Those topics include the completion and changes to technical features, recently announced advisory board, possible mergers and the previously announced plans for acquiring a competitive company. The CEO conference call will also utilize the opportunity to provide new information on the recent reorganization of upper management and future plans for growth.
