Constellation Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend

BALTIMORE--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share on the companya™s common stock. The dividend, which equates to 96 cents per share annually, is payable on April 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2011.
