Colony Financial Declares 2010 Special Dividend

LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Board of Directors of Colony Financial, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY) (the aCompanya) has declared a special dividend for 2010 of $0.05 per common share in order to distribute the balance of the Companya™s estimated taxable income for 2010. The special dividend will be paid on January 14, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2010.
