First American Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend -- SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ --

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 26/PRNewswire/ -- First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a leading global provider of title insurance and settlement services for real estate transactions, today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per common share.

The cash dividend is payable on Oct. 15, 2010, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 30, 2010.
