LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--James Monroe Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (OTCBB:JMON), is pleased to announce that it has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Microline Veneer and Forest Products Corp., a British Columbia corporation, in exchange for 12,499,866 shares of JMONa™s Preferred Class, Series B stock.

In the all-stock transaction, Microline becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMON.
