EDLEUN TO HOST SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2010 CONFERENCE CALL

("Edleun" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EDU), the leading consolidator and developer of childcare facilities across Canada, today announced it has scheduled a conference call for Monday, August 30, 2010 at 9:00 am EDT (7:00 am MDT) to review its operational highlights and financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2010. The Company intends to report on its progress in implementing its consolidation and growth strategy and discuss its financial results for the second quarter that were released following the close of market on Thursday, August 26, 2010.
