Wed, July 14, 2010 NQ Exploration Completes Closing of Private Placement for $210,000
LAVAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - July 14, 2010) - NQ Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NQE) is pleased to announce the closing of a private placement with CGE Ressources 2010 s.e.c. for gross proceeds of $210,000. NQ issued 1,750,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.12 per share. All securities issued in the offering will be subject to a four (4) month, plus one day hold period from the closing date.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital and exploration expenses on its current projects.
