Cypress Sharpridge Investments, Inc. Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

NEW YORK--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cypress Sharpridge Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) announced that it priced a public offering of 9,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.50 per share for total gross proceeds (before the underwriting discount and commissions and estimated expenses) of approximately $118.75 million. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,425,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on June 30, 2010.

The Company intends to invest the net proceeds of the offering in Agency RMBS and for general corporate purposes.

Barclays Capital Inc. is the sole book runner for the offering. JMP Securities LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are co-lead managers and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is a co-manager for the offering.

The offering will be made pursuant to the Companya™s existing shelf registration statement previously filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
