(the "Company") wishes to announce that, with regret, we have accepted the resignation of Mackenzie I. Watson from the Board of Directors. Mr. Watson is resigning for personal reasons but will be asked to continue to provide the Company with his expertise and experience as an advisor and consultant on our many ongoing exploration projects.
