


AireSurf Announces Cease Trade Order Change of Auditor and Resignation of Director
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 13, 2010) - AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX:ANH) reports that further to its press release dated May 1, 2010, the Ontario Securities Commission, the principal regulator of the Company, has issued a temporary cease trade order again the Company on May 7, 2010 for failure to file continuous disclosure documents. Should the Company fail to file the required financial information, the Ontario Securities Commission will issue a general cease trade order against the Company on May 21, 2010.
Effective May 10, 2010 the Company appointed Rich Rotstein LLP as the Company's new auditors, replacing McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP. The Company is working with the new auditors to complete and file the financial documents as soon as possible and anticipates to do so prior to May 21, 2010.
In addition, the Company also announces the resignation of Bryce Bradley as a director of the Company. Following her resignation, the sole director of the Company is Gregory Brent.
