SouthPeak Interactive Corporation to Report Fiscal 2010 Third Quarter Financial Results on May 17

MIDLOTHIAN, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--SouthPeak Interactive Corporation (OTC BB: SOPK), today announced that it will report financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of fiscal 2010, ended March 31, 2010, on Monday, May 17, 2010 after the market closes.

Management will host a conference call to discuss the results and other recent business developments on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.
