LAS VEGAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Bergamo Acquisition Corporation (Pink Sheets: BGMO) announced today that the Company will have significant news regarding Bergamo's funding and a key acquisition. The acquisition will be announced on Monday. On Tuesday the Company will fully update investors on all pending financing as previously announced.
