TORONTO--(Marketwire - July 28, 2009) - W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ WTWO ]), a developer of green energy, is pleased to announce that it has completed the second phase of the licensing Agreement with Alpha Renewable Energy of India. Previously, on January 21, 2009, W2 Energy announced the formation of a partnership and licensing agreement with Alpha Renewable Energy for the use, manufacture, marketing and promotion of W2 Energy technology, exclusively in the country of India. The licensing Agreement called for the payment of $500,000 USD payable in $100,000 USD payments at the completion of several phases. With the completion of this phase W2 Energy is to receive a second payment of $100,000 USD.

Now that it has completed the next phase of the project, W2 Energy will assist in the start up of production in India, at which point it will receive another $100,000 USD. The final $200,000 will be paid in two equal $100,000 payments at the end of the first and second years of production as well as a royalty equal to 6% of the gross annual sales from any equipment incorporating the licensed technology.

As well as its waste to energy plants, Alpha Renewable Energy is very interested in the SEGS (Small Electrical Generating System) and NT Plasmatron products. The SEGS is capable of generating 250KW of electricity from slow moving bodies of water like streams and canals. In counties with large remote areas, the company feels that the demand for the SEGS unit will be significant. The startup in India will be coordinated with the start up of the W2 Energy's marketing plans in Europe and SE Asia.

REMEMBER with a W2 Energy plant GARBAGE becomes a RENEWABLE RESOURCE!!!
