LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - July 30, 2009) - Beneficial Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ BFHJ ]), a casino and gaming holding company, said today that it continues negotiations to acquire a major multiple location casino operator. BFHJ has received the financial information which provided our accountants with the ability to determine the profit margins for each location.

The negotiations are continuing between the seller and BFHJ at an intensive pace. Management believes if they can negotiate and close the acquisition it will put them in the top ten Central American gaming operators both in terms of revenue and number of locations.

"The prospective acquisition will provide in excess of ten million dollars to the company's revenues and position us as a major casino operator within Central America. We believe that we are well financed to perform the purchase, and that we have the management talent to drastically increase profits at the casinos by adding additional games and entertainment for customers," said Carolina Navarro, president of Beneficial Holdings.
