The BioGreen system complements the Company's existing biofuel initiatives and provides a package solution for green fuels and power generation customers. The company is not aware of any system exceeding the BioGreen's level of fuel efficiency, multi-fuel capability, emissions control, and extreme reliability.
The anticipated market is worldwide and encompasses commercial and consumer level customers. The Company believes demand significant and this new portfolio addition provides important revenue and profit opportunities. The Company believes sales of the BioGreen system will increase demand for the Company's biofuels and related technologies. The Company is now capable of providing a complete decentralized power station and biofuel manufacturing solution.
The BioGreen system can be shipped worldwide and arrives requiring minimal customer configuration. BioGreen systems provide tremendous value for customers interested in reliable, ultra-low fuel cost, efficient green- fuel/multi-fuel power generation.
The BioGreen systems feature multi-fuel capabilities allowing the use of diesel, bio-diesel, vegetable oils and even waste motor oils and transmission fluids. The BioGreen system requires no modifications to utilize its multi-fuel capabilities. The systems are ideally suited for alternative fuel power production where high-reliability and extreme life/duty-cycles are required. The BioGreen system can run continuously on reclaimed, waste, and green fuels.
Meeting industry trends and consumer demand for zero or very low emissions systems, future BioGreen systems will be available with emission control technology that will reduce or eliminate any emissions. The company will soon announce this new emissions control technology.
BioGreen systems operate slowly and quietly between 600 and 1000 rpm. The lowest typical rpm available on the market today is 1800 rpm. Higher rpm's create more noise pollution with most other systems operating at over 2400 rpm. In addition impressive fuel-efficiency, low rpm's insure extremely long duty and life cycles. A BioGreen system can operate longer than the life-span of its owner.
BioGreen systems are available in power levels ranging in output from 6hp - 24hp in either 120 or 240 volts output. BioGreen systems operate at an incredible 80%+ mechanical efficiency.
BioGreen systems are startlingly fuel-efficient and use green or waste product fuels. The entry-level 4 Kilowatt system uses approximately 2 gallons of fuel in 10 hours when running near to full load. The systems can be configured up to 24kw. Multiple systems can be combined to produce kilo-watts above 24kw.
