 EDMONTON, July 17 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors for Capital Power Corporation (TSX: CPX) (Capital Power) declared a dividend of $0.315 per share on the outstanding common shares for the quarter ending September 30, 2009. This dividend declaration follows the completion of Capital Power's $500 million initial public offering on July 9, 2009. "The dividend reaffirms Management's and the Board's confidence in the cash flow and value of Capital Power.
