SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - January 27, 2009) - Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: [ EXR ]) announced today it will release financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2008 on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 after the market closes. The Company will also host a conference call at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, February 19, 2009 to discuss its financial results.

Hosting the call will be Extra Space Storage's Chairman and CEO Kenneth M. Woolley. Joining him will be Spencer F. Kirk, President; Kent W. Christensen, Executive Vice President and CFO; and Karl Haas, Executive Vice President and COO.
