ELKIN, NC--(Marketwire - December 22, 2008) - Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: [ YAVY ]) today announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share for the fourth quarter of 2008, payable on January 23, 2009 to shareholders of record on January 2, 2009. The dividend is the Company's 84th consecutive quarterly dividend and represents a yield of 3.42% based on Yadkin Valley's closing price of $15.20 as of December 19, 2008.
