LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Maguire Properties, Inc. (NYSE: MPG), a Southern California-focused real estate investment trust, today announced that its Board of Directors has determined that, as part of its capital management initiatives, no distribution would be paid on its Series A Preferred Stock for the period of November 1, 2008 through and including January 31, 2009.
