LEBANON, Ohio--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. (OTCBB: LCNB) announced that they would hold the 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 28, 2009 at 10:00am EDT. The meeting will be held in the Board of Directors Room at 2 North Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio for the purpose of electing directors and such other matters as may properly come before the meeting. Shareowners of record on the company's books at the close of business on February 23, 2009 will be entitled to vote on all matters coming before the meeting.
