BOSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will declare a quarterly distribution payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2008. The amount of such distribution will be determined after the close of the market on December 18, 2008. The dividend will be paid on December 26, 2008.
