Philip R. Johnson, Bank Credit Expert, Joins Pacific Coast National Bank

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Pacific Coast National Bank (PCNB) (OTCBB:PCST) announces the appointment of Philip R. Johnson as Senior Vice President/Credit Administrator, effective November 17, 2008.

Most recently Mr. Johnson served as Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Lender in Vineyard Bank's Irvine Income Property Lending Unit, where he was responsible for a $300 Million loan portfolio.

Mr. Johnson brings to Pacific Coast National Bank over 30 years of experience in credit review, business development, real estate underwriting, and portfolio management. He has held senior lending positions with banks ranging from HSBC and First Interstate Bank of California, to community banks such as Sunwest Bank, Monarch Bank, and Hawthorne Savings.

Mr. Johnson earned his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.
