CHICAGO, ILLINOIS--(Marketwire - Nov. 19, 2008) - Freshwater Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:FWTC) exclusive world wide distributor of Water Geeks brand products of The Watergeeks Laboratories, is pleased to announce its plans to launch Water Geeks products into the retail market in the Spring of 2009. Water Geeks eco friendly products are now currently available online at [ www.thewatergeeks.com ]. Today's announcement signals a more aggressive business strategy to pursue greater sales and market share for the Water Geeks brand of innovative products. Test marketing of the Water Geeks stainless steel and filtered water bottles at selected retailers over the past 8 weeks has encouraged Freshwater and The Water Geeks laboratories to proceed with a full scale retail launch early in 2009.

Included in the retail launch plans will be the unveiling of a revolutionary new filtered water bottle as well as participation in a major marketing campaign to encourage retailers to support the 2009 launch directly at the consumer through retail channels. More details of the retail launch plans will be announced prior to December 15, 2008 and will include various sales, marketing and logistical assets to support a successful 2009 Water Geeks branded retail program.
