Cooper Industries to Participate in FBR Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference

HOUSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Cooper Industries, Ltd. (NYSE:CBE) today announced it would participate in the 2008 FBR Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference held in New York on Tuesday, December 2, 2008.

The presentation and comments by Cooper's Chief Executive Officer Kirk Hachigian will begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. EDT.

A live audio web cast of the presentation will be available in the Investor Center of the Company's website at [ www.cooperindustries.com ] under "Management Presentations." The Company recommends that listeners download and install any necessary audio software at least 15 minutes prior to the presentation.
