BEIJING--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - Alternate Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ AEHI ]) CEO, Don Gillispie, is currently visiting countries including China to secure strategic partners for the company's nuclear-renewable energy projects in Idaho, Colorado, Mexico and other pending international locations. With the current financial situation in the US, we are fortunate to have an international reputation which allows us to obtain some funding outside of the US including international partnerships. We are optimistic that we have the necessary contacts internationally to find the required funds and/or strategic allies. For example, the company is considering opening an office in Beijing, China to facilitate several joint ventures. AEHI's internationally recognized senior nuclear executive team is highly regarded in the management of construction, operations and maintenance of commercial nuclear reactors.

AEHI seeks to construct a 1600 MWe advanced nuclear reactor, Idaho Energy Complex, which produces electricity and bio-fuels from the waste heat near Mountain Home, Idaho. Also, the company has a pending agreement with the Mexican government to construct an advanced nuclear reactor that will also desalinate sea water into potable water. An MOU has been signed with the landowner and water sources for an advanced nuclear reactor for electricity as well as joint venture on solar for the Colorado Energy Park. Another AEHI holding is Energy Neutral Inc. which uses technology and renewables to virtually eliminate energy bills for homes, businesses and farms.
