The experts will include a Chief Tax Policy Officer, a Tax Policy Specialist, a Tax Economist, a Tax Compliance Specialist, a Tax Administration Specialist, and a Tax Data Scientist. These positions are crucial for operationalizing the Tax Policy Office, which will focus on improving tax policy formulation, compliance, and administration to meet IMF benchmarks and support Pakistan's economic recovery efforts.
