Going on six months now since the restrictions have been put in place at the City's East End Entertainment district. News 8's Adelisa Badzic spoke to a business owner and a manager Thursday - who are both split on the city's decision.

The article from MSN discusses the impact of new restrictions on businesses in the East End of Long Island, six months after their implementation. Local business owners and managers have mixed feelings about the changes, which include restrictions on outdoor dining and entertainment. Some business owners, like those in the hospitality sector, have noted a significant decrease in customer traffic and revenue due to the limitations on outdoor seating and live music, which were previously major draws for patrons. Conversely, others appreciate the quieter, less congested environment, believing it enhances the neighborhood's charm and quality of life. The community is now looking for a balance that preserves the East End's appeal while supporting local businesses.
