UBS on Tuesday announced it has nominated Renata Jungo Brungger and Lila Tretikov for election to the board of directors at its annual general meeting in April.

UBS Group AG has nominated Renata Jungo Brungger and Lila Tretikov to join its board of directors, effective from the next annual general meeting on April 24, 2025. Renata Jungo Brungger, who has been with UBS since 2018, will not seek re-election as a board member but will transition to a role as a non-executive director at the Swiss National Bank. Lila Tretikov, currently the CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation, brings extensive experience in technology and digital transformation, having previously worked at Microsoft and as a partner at venture capital firm, TCV. Her appointment is part of UBS's strategy to enhance its digital and technological capabilities. The announcement was made on March 4, 2025.
