Banco de Chile Announces the Filing of Form 20-F -- SANTIAGO, Chile, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

SANTIAGO, Chile, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco de Chile (NYSE: [ BCH ]) announced today the filing of  its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 (the "2012 Annual Report") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
