(NYSE: [ ORA ]) plans to announce its first quarter 2013 earnings results in a press release that will be issued on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 after the market close. The Company has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results at 9:00 A.M. EDT on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
