Soul and Vibe Selected to Publish Games on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Addressing 78% of Console Video Game Market

Games for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Have Cumulatively Sold Over 1.4 Billion Units Since Their Launch

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwire - Mar 4, 2013) - [ Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. ] (OTCQB: [ SOUL ]), "The Company," a video and computer games company, announced today it has been through a rigorous qualification process and successfully been selected as a publisher of console games by both [ Microsoft ] and [ Sony ]. The PlayStation® 3 and Xbox 360® together account for [ 78% ] of the console market, according to [ VGChartz ]. According to PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC"), consumer spending on console, mobile, and personal computer game software, topped [ $56 billion ] in 2010 and games industry revenue is projected to reach $82 billion by the year 2015.

Soul and Vibe is one of only a small number of companies worldwide that has been approved by Microsoft as a publisher of content for [ Xbox 360®. ] According to VGChartz, there have been [ 3,343 game titles published for the Xbox 360 ] that have cumulatively sold 744 million units since the console launched in November 2005. Soul and Vibe is also licensed to develop and publish games, companion "apps," and content on other Microsoft platforms including Windows 8, Windows Live, and Windows Phone.

Soul and Vibe is also approved by Sony as a licensed developer and publisher for the [ PlayStation® 3 ] and [ PlayStation® Vita ] consoles. [ 2,763 PlayStation 3 ] games have been published since the console's launch with 646 million units sold, according to VGChartz. Additionally, VGChartz estimates that [ 172 PlayStation Vita ] titles have been published that have sold 10.45 million units since the PlayStation Vita's launch.
