Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Triad USA, Inc.
ITASCA, Ill., July 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher& Co. (NYSE: [ AJG ]) today announced the acquisition of Triad USA, Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Formed in 1998, Triad USA, Inc. offers employee benefits brokerage and consulting services that provide customized benefit plan analytics and design, network management, employee communication and ongoing service support for their middle-market clients throughout the U.S. In addition, they have developed expertise and capabilities in the areas of wellness, health and productivity improvement and chronic condition management. Gus P. Georgiadis, James H. McTiernan, James J. Patton and their colleagues will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of David M. Ziegler, Executive Vice President and Eastern Regional Manager of Gallagher's employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
