Eaton Vance Hires Three Senior Analysts for Equity Research Team

BOSTON, June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: [ EV ]) announced today that Aaron S. Dunn, CFA, J. Griffith Noble, CFA, and Jason A. Kritzer, CFA have joined the firm as Senior Research Analysts, reporting to Charles Gaffney, Director of Equity Research. Mr. Dunn joins the large cap energy research team as a vice president and began on May 7. Mr. Noble is a vice president responsible for covering the small and mid-cap energy and industrials sectors. He began May 21. Mr. Kritzer, a vice president, began on May 31 and is responsible for providing large cap health care research and analysis.

Mr. Dunn comes to Eaton Vance from Pioneer Global Asset Management, Inc., where he held a senior equity analyst position concentrating on energy and basic materials. Previously, he served as an equity analyst for Invesco AIM Capital Management, Inc. focusing on the energy, materials, utilities and financial sectors. Mr. Dunn holds a BS from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Mr. Noble joins Eaton Vance from BlackRock where he was an equity analyst focused on small and mid-value investing across a range of sectors, including aerospace and defense, technology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare services. Prior to that, he worked at Byram Capital Management as an equity analyst and co-portfolio manager, responsible for all sectors for the small, mid and large cap value and core products. He holds a BS from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Mr. Kritzer most recently served as Director, Equity Analyst at BlackRock for the large cap growth team, covering health care and business services. Prior to that he held various roles at Putnam Investments as an equity research analyst focused on the small and mid-cap areas and an equity analyst covering technology, healthcare and business services. He holds a BSBA from Boston University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
