PORT OF SPAIN, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 15, 2012) - The Corporation has approved the grant of 2,400,000 stock options to eligible participants (a total of 2,200,000 of these stock options were approved for grant to directors and officers of the Corporation). The options will be granted at an exercise price of $0.20 per Common Share and, subject to the Option Plan, will expire five years from the date of grant. The Corporation has determined that exemptions from the various requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policies are available for the granting of the options.
