ATLANTA, March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: [ IVR ]) declared a dividend of $0.65 per share for the first quarter of 2012. The dividend will be paid on April 27, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2012.
