Chatham Lodging Announces First Quarter Dividend

PALM BEACH, Fla.--([ ])--Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), a hotel real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on investing in upscale extended-stay hotels and premium branded select-service hotels, today announced that its board of trustees has declared a common share dividend of $0.175 for the 2012 first quarter. Based on the companyas common share closing price of $12.90 at the close of business on March 12, the annualized dividend represents a yield of approximately 5.4 percent. The common dividend is payable April 27, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 30, 2012. The company will continue to evaluate and adjust its dividend on a quarterly basis.
