RUTLAND, Vt., March 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Central Vermont Public Service (NYSE: [ CV ]) will release its Year-End 2011 Earnings before the stock market opens on Wednesday, March 14, 2012.

The company will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, March 15, 2012, beginning at 10:00AM Eastern.  At that time, CVPS President and CEO, Larry Reilly will discuss recent corporate developments, and the company's strategic outlook.  Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Pamela Keefe will present Year-End 2011 financial results.
