She will be responsible for retirement plan sales in Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. She will also serve Arizona and New Mexico.

Giampaolo has worked in the retirement plan services industry for 14 years. Prior to joining The Standard, she served as a regional vice president for Transamerica Retirement Services. She also previously worked as a director of sales at The Principal.
