NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Avenue Income Credit Strategies Fund (NYSE: [ ACP ]), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, December 20, 2011, a monthly of dividend of  $0.12  per share of Common Stock, payable February 29, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2012.  Ex-date will be February 13, 2012.
