Scorpex Applies for City Permits and Licenses

LAS VEGAS--([ ])--Scorpex, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SRPX) (the aCompanya) has submitted its application, studies and other necessary documentation as the final step to receive licensing and permitting from the city government of Ensenada, Mexico, for receiving, storing, disposing and recycling of waste including toxic and hazardous waste, nontoxic and nonhazardous waste, and commercial waste. The licenses and permits from the city government will allow for the construction on the Companyas initial site, as well as the permission to use the property for this purpose.

In Mexico, the federal, state and local governments all must approve and issue permits for the use of the land for waste storage and disposal. The Company has received federal approval, state urban impact acceptance and anticipates all local land use permits to be received very soon.
