LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ: LCNB) The Directors of LCNB Corp., at their meeting on November 14, 2011, have declared a Fourth Quarter dividend of $.16 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15^th to shareholders of record December 1, 2011.

The Board of Directors of LCNB Corp. also announced that they would hold the 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 24, 2012 at 10:00am EDT.
